The Bartolotta Restaurants’ flagship restaurant, Ristorante Bartolotta, dal 1993 will re-open for dinner service Wednesday, June 27 after recently completing a refresh of the dining room and a completely new kitchen. Peck & Bushel, owned by husband and wife team Joe and Jennifer Fahey, operates as one of the largest organic apple orchards in the Midwest.
