Now Accepting Applications for the 2020 Gala-lotta Fundraiser
Our mission is to support local nonprofit organizations and create platforms for awareness to help make Milwaukee a strong, vital community in which to live and work.
We provide this support in three ways:
Gift Card Donations
Through the Community Care-a-lotta program, we donate $100 in Care-a-lotta Certificates to 40 not-for-profit organizations and local groups each month for silent auctions, benefits, or other events.
Donations after Your Special Event
Through the Care-a-lotta Credit, we provide a donation equal to 10 or 15 percent of food and beverage costs for any 501(c)3 or 501(c)4 organization that hosts a special event for 75 or more guests in any of our participating venues.
Not-For-Profit Fundraiser EVent
Through the annual Gala-lotta program, we provide an all-expenses paid gala for one 501(c)3 local not-for-profit organization to help generate awareness and funds for its mission.
Dear friends, family, colleagues and community members,
When we opened our first restaurant in our hometown of Wauwatosa in 1993, we knew from the get-go that giving back to our community was going to be a top priority as we built our company. Through the years, we responded to each and every request for a donation that came our way, and over time, it became clear that there was probably a better, more structured way to oversee our community support.
Care-a-lotta was established in 2009 and has grown and evolved since. It’s our way of thanking the community that has embraced and supported us over more than 20 years, as well as our way of extending a helping hand to the organizations that make such an important impact on the well-being and strength of our great city.
