RISTORANTE BARTOLOTTA, dal 1993 Reopening on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 after re-fresh of kitchen and dining room

The Bartolotta Restaurants’ flagship restaurant, Ristorante Bartolotta, dal 1993 will re-open for dinner service Wednesday, June 27 after recently completing a refresh of the dining room and a completely new kitchen. The management and staff are excited to invite loyal guests back, and encourage guests who have yet to try the restaurant to experience Ristorante Bartolotta’s special atmosphere for the first time.

The restaurant will re-open with its current menu but is working on an expanded menu to be introduced in the late summer to early fall. Loyal guests can expect their favorites to remain on the menu, with Executive Chef Juan Urbieta planning new traditional regional Italian specialties that are yet to be announced. Guests should also expect a plethora of 25th anniversary events and menu items to be added in the coming months.

 Ristorante Bartolotta is a staple in Milwaukee including accolades from The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel as a “Top 30 Restaurant in Milwaukee”, OnMilwaukee.com named it “Best Italian Restaurant in Milwaukee” as well as national recognition, The Daily Meal listed the restaurant in its top 101 restaurants in the United States and has won Wine Spectator’s “Award of Excellence” since 2003. Ristorante Bartolotta has also become beloved by its guests for its authentic cuisine and world-class service. While the restaurant has undergone a refresh, the ethos of the restaurant will remain the same, providing guests the feeling of countryside Italian restaurant in the heart of Wauwatosa.
