All steaks are seasoned and marinated with black pepper, garlic, and olive oil, then cooked to your liking in our Woodstone Josper charcoal broiler oven at 800º F.
Rare: Very red, cool center | Medium Rare: Red, warm center | Medium: Pink center | Medium Well: Slightly pink center | Well: Cooked through, no pink
