Joey Gerard's - A Bartolotta Supper Club is located in the charming village of historic Greendale. Opened in August of 2012, Joey Gerard's pays homage to Joe Bartolotta's childhood and the supper clubs he frequented with his parents growing up.
Midwest supper clubs were born in the early 1930s mostly in rural Wisconsin and became an enticing destination where people would gather for cocktails, supper, and entertainment. Neighborhood camaraderie and a comfortable atmosphere is a commonality all supper clubs hold to this day.
While not your typical Northwoods supper club, the interior focal point of Joey Gerard’s is a nod to that genre with “Montague” – a large moose head which hangs above the fireplace mantel. Montague hung in a restaurant/bar in northern Wisconsin for 40 years before Joe Bartolotta found him at the State Fair.

Brianna Bedan attended the Art Institute of Phoenix and Colorado, then joined Fox Restaurants Concepts, a Phoenix based hospitality group, as an Executive Chef of North Italia Restaurant in Colorado. Shortly after moving Brianna joined The Bartolotta Restaurants in March 2019 as the Executive Chef of Joey Gerard’s Supper Club in Greendale. Her passion for cooking is fueled by the impact a meal can have on people, from teaching her team, to sharing her food with guests. When she isn’t working she enjoys trying new restaurants and loves to travel to try them. She especially enjoys Chicago’s vibrant culinary scene.
