WHAT IS A BARTOLOTTA GIFT CARD?
Bartolotta gift cards can be used like a debit card until the value has been fully redeemed. The card must be presented at the restaurant in order to use it. Gift cards are available in $25, $50, and $100 increments. We also have open value cards that can be loaded with the amount you choose.
PROVISIONS OF BARTOLOTTA GIFT CARDs.
This card can be used for food, beverage, tax and gratuity at participating Bartolotta Restaurants. Purchases will be deducted from the card until the value reaches zero. The card cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. This card has no maintenance or non-usage fees and never expires. Protect this card like cash.
DO BARTOLOTTA GIFT CARDS EXPIRE?
Bartolotta gift cards do not expire. Your gift card will retain its full value until it is used.
Do NON-USAGE FEES Apply?
There are no maintenance or non-usage fees or charges for Bartolotta gift cards.
HOW DO I CHECK my BALANCE?
Check the balance on your gift card online by clicking here, by calling 414.935.5000 Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Central Time or at any Bartolotta Restaurant.
what happens to unused amounts?
Any amount not used when paying for your meal stays on your gift card. You can use the remaining balance on your card at your next visit to any participating Bartolotta Restaurant.
WHERE CAN I USE MY BARTOLOTTA GIFT CARD?
Bartolotta gift cards are redeemable at Ristorante Bartolotta, Bartolotta’s Lake Park Bistro, Mr. B’s – A Bartolotta Steakhouse, Bacchus – A Bartolotta Restaurant, The Rumpus Room – A Bartolotta Gastropub, Joey Gerard's, Pizzeria Piccola, Northpoint Custard, Downtown Kitchen, Miss Beverly's Deluxe Barbeque and Cafe La Scala.
Bartolotta Gift Cards are not accepted at Harbor House, The Grain Exchange, Discovery World, or any airport location.

You can purchase Harbor House gift cards online or in person at Harbor House (550 N Harbor Drive, Milwaukee, WI) or via phone at 414-395-4900.
WHY Are HARBOR HOUSE Gift Cards DIFFERENT?
Because of our unique partnership structure, we are unable to offer some of the same benefits as we do at the restaurants we own individually.
CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE GIFT CARD AT A TIME?
Yes. You can use as many Bartolotta gift cards as you like to pay for your meal. Bartolotta gift cards are accepted like cash and therefore can be combined for use together.
Yes. You can apply your Bartolotta gift card to your full check including the food, beverage, tax and gratuity.
CAN YOU REPLACE MY BARTOLOTTA GIFT CARD IF I LOSE IT?
Please protect your gift card like cash because they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Bartolotta gift cards are not available for purchase at Harbor House.
How do I purchase GIFT CARDS IN BULK Quantities?

CAN I INCLUDE A GIFT MESSAGE WHEN I ORDER A GIFT CARD?
Yes. A gift message can be printed on a message card for your gift recipient at no additional charge.
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY E-CONFIRMATION, WHAT NOW?
Confirmation emails are generated automatically when your order is submitted. If you did not receive a confirmation email, first check your junk/spam folder. If you did not receive the email in your junk/spam folder, please contact us at 414-935-5000 for further assistance.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY ONLINE OR PHONE ORDER?
We ship our gift cards using USPS First Class mail.
CAN I SHIP TO ANYONE IN THE UNITED STATES?
We can ship to any street address in the 48 contiguous states. Please be sure to include all appropriate information such as a suite number, floor number, business name or any other relevant information that will help USPS deliver your package promptly.
WHEN WILL MY GIFT CARD ARRIVE?
Please allow two to four business days for your gift card to be delivered by USPS.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER. WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
Call us at 414-935-5000. We will help to try and locate your package and make sure you receive it at the proper address. Though packages typically do arrive quickly, they can take up to five business days to be received. Please allow for longer delivery times during the holiday season.
I HAVE AN EXPIRED HOLIDAY BONUS CERTIFICATE, CAN I STILL USE IT?
The $20 Holiday Bonus Coupon is a promotional certificate and DOES have an expiration date. The Holiday Bonus Coupons are valid from January 3, 2018 through March 30, 2018 and cannot be used on Saturdays, special events or Valentine's Day.
WHY DOES THE HOLIDAY BONUS COUPON HAVE RESTRICTIONS?
The Holiday Bonus Coupon is a complimentary coupon that is awarded for every $100 in Bartolotta gift cards purchased during our holiday gift card promotion which is from November 1 through December 31 of each year. It is not a cash gift card and because it is a promotional coupon it does have some provisions for use.
Can I receive both the holiday bonus coupons and bartolotta reward points for a gift card purchase?
During the months of November and December you can receive either the Holiday Bonus Coupon for every $100 in gift cards purchased or you can choose to receive Bartolotta Reward points. It is one or the other but not both.
WHAT ARE THE PROVISIONS ON THE HOLIDAY BONUS COUPON?
• Valid January 3, 2018 through March 30, 2018.
• May not be used towards gratuities, no cash back
• Not valid Saturdays, Valentine's Day, or for Special Events
• Not valid at Harbor House, Discovery World, The Grain Exchange, Italian Community Center or any Airport location
• Not valid with any promotional certificates
• Not valid for Rewards points when redeemed
• Please protect the gift cards and bonus coupon like cash, as they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
The Holiday Bonus Coupon is a complimentary bonus coupon and has no cash value. It must be used at one time – no change is given.
CAN I USE MY REWARD Dollars WITH MY HOLIDAY BONUS COUPON?
Yes, you may use Reward Dollars and Holiday Bonus Coupons for the same purchase.
CAN I USE A BARTOLOTTA GIFT CARD WITH MY HOLIDAY BONUS COUPON?
Yes, you may use gift cards and Holiday Bonus Coupons for the same purchase.
HOW MANY HOLIDAY BONUS COUPONS CAN I USE AT ONE TIME?
You can use as many Holiday Bonus Coupons together as you have; but you cannot apply the Holiday Bonus Coupons towards gratuities and you do not receive cash back.
CAN I USE MY GIFT CARD TO PAY FOR SPECIAL EVENTS?
Special event tickets are handled through a third party application (ti.to - Tickets In Tickets Out) which utilizes major credit cards for payment processing and as such, will not recognize a Bartolotta gift card.
