Executive Sous Chef
The Executive Sous Chef will be a culinary leader capable of overseeing kitchen operations, including staffing, financial management, and menu development. The Executive Sous Chef is also responsible for maintaining health and safety standards, overseeing inventory, and ensuring food preparation meets specifications while contributing to menu and recipe development.
Chef de Cuisine
The Chef de Cuisine will ensure adherence to company systems and standards, and will collaborate with the executive chef, corporate chef, and specialty chefs to manage menu development, ingredient sourcing, and kitchen budget while supporting all aspects of back-of-house operations.
Assistant General Manager
The Assistant General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of The Commodore – A Bartolotta Restaurant, while serving as a liaison between the restaurant and Bartolotta leadership. Additionally, the Assistant General Manager will collaborate on marketing campaigns, while maintaining a standard of excellence in service and quality.
The Restaurant Manager will oversee and manage daily restaurant operations at The Commodore – A Bartolotta Restaurant, including hiring, training, and organizing staff schedules, conducting timely performance evaluations.
