Back-of-House Positions
 


LINE Cook

Line cooks work at different stations along the kitchen line and prepare menu items as directed by senior culinary staff. We are looking for passionate and positive people exited to immerse themselves in our kitchen.

PREP cook

The prep cook prepares meal ingredients, simple dishes, condiments, and other items as directed by senior culinary staff. This is a great entry-level position for someone interested in learning culinary skills and advancing in the industry. Hours are primarily daytime.

Server

The Server provides table service to restaurant patrons by taking orders for food and beverages, delivering orders to the table, and ensuring that patrons have a pleasant dining experience.

The Bartender will prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to patrons, oversee the stock of liquor and bar supplies, and collect money for drinks served.
