The team at Ristorante Bartolotta dal 1993 are thrilled to invite you to Arnaldo Caprai Wine Dinner celebrating the acclaimed Arnaldo Caprai vineyard. Join Marco Caprai owner of Arnaldo Caprai, as he takes us on a lively journey through the wines of this estate that has been producing wine for over 400 years. Accompanying this remarkable wine, Executive Chef Juan Urbieta will prepare a classic five-course Umbrian menu.
The family-operated winery began in 1971 when Arnaldo Caprai purchased 12.5 acres in Montefalco, Umbria, and then was passed down to his son, Marco Capri, in 1988. Today, the winery is the leading producer of top-quality Sagrantino di Montefalco, a wine produced exclusively from its native variety, Sagrantino grapes. Arnaldo Caprai's commitment and innovative approach have brought the winery global recognition for its dedication to environmental, economic, and social sustainability, as well as being a champion for the wines of Umbria.
