Terre Rouge Wine Dinner

We invite you to join us for an evening showcasing artisan wines from Terre Rouge Wines located in the Sierra Foothills in California on Wednesday, April 10. Chef de Cuisine Brent Davis and his team have curated an exciting five-course food and wine pairing dinner that will be enjoyed during this special event.

Terre Rouge was among the first wineries in California to specialize in Rhone varietals and Zinfandels. Their portfolio is composed of wines made from Grenache, Syrah, and Viognier grapes, as well as Zinfandel, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and other varieties cultivated in the Sierra Foothills' rough and diverse terrain. Terre Rouge's vineyards are largely granite and volcanic based, which regularly delivers robust wines with complex character. They create a small batch of one-of-a-kind, site-specific wines that emphasize balance and elegance, and they believe in aging wines until they are optimal to drink, regardless of the time it takes.

We will be joined by a special guest Les Doss, National Sales Manager for Terre Rouge, for this exciting event. He will share the characteristics of each wine that will be poured during this evening while they are being enjoyed with a five-course meal.
