Mario Batali, arguably one of the most famous and recognized chefs in America, will join The Bartolotta Restaurants for a very special cookbook dinner Friday, October 24 at the new Downtown Kitchen in the U.S. Bank Center. Bartolotta’s culinary team will create a multi-course dinner based on recipes from Mario’s new book, America – Farm to Table: Simple, Delicious Recipes Celebrating Local Farmers. Mario will speak with guests about the book and about his personal story, and every guest will go home with a signed copy of the book.
