Chappellet Wine Dinner

Great wines reflect the complexity and character of great vineyards and the vision of those who farm them. Since 1967, the Chappellet family has been crafting world-class wines, inspired by the rugged terroir of the California hills. Their vineyard on Pritchard Hill, with its rare tapestry of growing environments, elevations, exposures, and soil types, has been hailed as “Napa’s Grand Cru” and is recognized as one of the world’s preeminent sites for growing Bordeaux varietals.  Chappellet was one of the first Napa Valley wineries to adopt no-till farming practices, and today the entire vineyard is farmed organically, producing some of the world’s most profound mountain-grown wines.

The team at Bacchus is excited to welcome Laura Engle, Regional Manager for Chappellet, as Executive Chef Nick Wirth has created a menu that will sing in perfect harmony with these symphonic wines. We hope you will join us for what promises to be an exceptional and unforgettable dinner
