Bartolotta's Lake Park Bistro is delighted to announce a special winemaker dinner featuring Bordeaux wine and cognac - Château Pontet-Canet & Tesseron Bordeaux & Cognac Wine Dinner on Thursday, September 20.
Enjoy a memorable evening with Alfred Tesseron, owner of Bordeaux’s legendary Château Pontet-Canet, which has received great attention in the press for outscoring the great first-growths over the past decade. His is the first classified-growth estate to be certified 100% organic and his use of plow horses in the vineyard and amphorae in the cellar have started an international revolution in winemaking.
Make plans to enjoy a five-course dinner created by Chef de Cuisine John Raymond and Corporate Sous Chef Aaron Bickman with carefully matched pairings of the stunning Bordeaux Château Pontet-Canet. We will end the dinner with two tastings of Tesseron Cognac paired with dessert prepared by Pastry Chef Courtney Allison.
