When did you start working at Ristorante? 
I remember the exact date - it was December 2, 2014 because it was white truffle season and my first experience selling them. Now it is the season I look forward to the most! 

What did I do before working there? 
I have always worked in the industry as a full or part-time job. I have also have worked in real estate as a salesperson and as an administrative assistant. 

What are some of the most popular dishes your guests order at Ristorante? 
Definitely the pappardelle with duck ragu - it is one of my favorite pasta ever! Right now, I am having fun selling the heirloom tomatoes. They are in season and taste delicious! A lot of my guests love the Caprese with the heirlooms tomatoes. 

What do you like to do when not taking care of guests at Ristorante?
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and I am mostly busy with my two teenagers, Celina, who is almost 18, and David who is 15. I also nanny for twin baby boys and their eight-year-old sister on days I’m not at Ristorante.
