Famille Hugel Alsace Wine Dinner
Sip and savor the flavors of France’s Alsace region during a five-course dinner with us at Bartolotta's Lake Park Bistro. We are honored to host Jean Frédéric Hugel of Famille Hugel, the 13th generation of the family, with unrivaled experience and knowledge of Alsace Vineyards and winemaking.
The dinner will highlight wines produced by Famille Hugel, founded in 1639 and still run by the family today. Based in the Alsace region of France, Famille Hugel’s estates – where the grapes are always hand-picked – are exclusively planted with the noble Alsace grape varieties, and the vineyards have an average age of 35 years. Each individual wine is bottled as early as possible, to retain its full varietal character.
Along with a rich history of wine, the Alsace region boasts one of the largest concentrations of Michelin-star restaurants in the world! The natural pairings of Alsace wines and rich French cuisine are a chef's dream and a diner's delight.
Enjoy Chef de Cuisine John Raymond's expertly created five-course menu paired with stunning Famille Hugel wines selected by Sommelier Mariana Popescu as we continue our French Wine Dinner Series at Bartolotta's Lake Park Bistro.
