Pizzeria Piccola started the Society Sundays program in 2005 as a way to give back to the Wauwatosa community that so graciously supports us. Since its debut, Pizzeria Piccola has distributed more than $260,000 to local organizations. Below is a list of our upcoming Society Sundays, as well as open dates.
How does this work?
Interested in helping your organization raise money? Here are some helpful tips on how to plan out a successful Society Sunday:
Look at the available dates listed below, and choose on for your event.
We recommend planning your event at least three weeks in advance so that you have time to promote it.
Contact General Manager David Jarozewski by emailing him for complete details.
He will provide a contract and packet of helpful information - especially the flyer to hand out to promote your event.
Get the word out in every way you can and to as many people as you can – through your website, email, posters, flyers, social media, letters to parents, etc.
Think about taking pre-orders of frozen pizzas as well to help boost sales!
On the day of the event, guests come in and present your flyer to signify 25% of the sales from that order will go back to your organization.
The flyer must be presented (print off or electronically) at the time of purchase in order for the sale to count towards the fundraising total.
