Booker Wine Dinner

Based in Paso Robles, California, Booker Vineyard is known for crafting world-class wines that leave a small footprint while making a big impact. The 100-acre certified organic estate vineyard produces a wide range of wines, with a focus on Rhône varietals.

The name Booker derived from two brothers, Claude and Dick Booker, who previously owned the vineyard as well as hundreds of acres on Paso's Westside. After their deaths, they left their whole estate to charity, which Lisa and Eric Jensen purchased in 2001.  The Jensens have dedicated their life to farming, seeking to achieve the perfect balance in the vineyard through sustainable farming practices and methods.

The Bacchus team is delighted to highlight Booker Vineyards wines with special guest Justin Wise, Field Sales Manager for Constellation Brands, during this evening. Eric Jensen, Owner of Booker Vineyards, will also provide a unique introduction video of their brand-new release before it is served as the fourth-course pairing.

We hope you will join us on Wednesday, September 27 for this unique five-course dinner created by Chef de Cuisine Brent Davis paired with five Booker Vineyards wines selected by Certified Sommelier Chris Wolf.
