Legendary Bourbon Dinner with Master Distiller Fred Noe
The team at The Rumpus Room is truly honored to welcome to Milwaukee Frederick Booker Noe III, current Jim Beam Master Distiller and “Global Ambassador” of bourbon, for a dinner showcasing some of the best (and our favorite) Kentucky Bourbons.
The great-grandson of Jim Beam, Fred Noe III is a seventh generation distiller and keeper of a family flame that has burned for more than 200 years. Fred is Beam’s Master Distiller, sharing the craft of whiskey making and the rich history of his family’s legacy with bourbon enthusiasts worldwide. Fred also serves as Ambassador of The Small Batch Bourbon Collection® — Basil Hayden’s®, Knob Creek®, Baker’s® and Booker’s® — his father Booker’s whiskeys. He played an important role in the development and promotion of these ultra-premium bourbons, which are aged longer, feature higher proofs -- representative of pre-prohibition whiskey.
Executive Chef Andrew Koser has created a four-course menu to pair with different bourbons from the award-winning distillery. Make plans to join us for a dining event that will include comments from Master Distiller Fred Noe.
In addition to participating in a truly unique event, guests will have the opportunity to purchase a bottle signed by Fred Noe of Single Barrel Knob Creek Bourbon or Rye Whiskey for $55 plus tax. Limit one bottle of either per person.
