The team at Ristorante Bartolotta dal 1993 invites you for a culinary journey to the heart of Italy featuring cuisine from the regions of Umbria, Lazio, and Tuscany and extraordinary wines of Famiglia Cotarella. Joining us for the event will be Giuseppe Rosati, Ambassador for Famiglia Cotarella, who will explain the award-winning wines.
Not unlike Ristorante Bartolotta being founded by brothers Joe and Paul, the brothers Renzo and Riccardo Cotarella found the Wine Company Falesco in Montefiascone, in northern Latium, in 1960 with the aim of recovering the old vine varieties in that area. According to Robert Parker: “No one has done more to elevate the quality of wines from Umbria and Lazio than Riccardo and Renzo Cotarella… These are among the most exciting modern-styled reds of Italy.”
Executive Chef Juan Urbieta has created a four-course menu that will draw inspiration from Umbria, Lazio, and Tuscany and pair perfectly with five exceptional wines from Famiglia Cotarella. Please make plans to join us for this unforgettable dining experience.
