The team at Mr. B’s – A Bartolotta Steakhouse in Mequon is excited to host an exclusive wine dinner highlighting the wines of Textbook Vineyards. Executive Chef Amber Dorszynski has created a four-course menu to pair with these Napa Valley wines.
Textbook was founded in 2004 by industry veterans Jonathan and Susan Pey and produces distinctive wines from coveted Napa Valley and Oakville vineyard sites. The Pey’s European background led to Textbook’s “bold-yet-balanced” winemaking style which has made Textbook an industry-leading producer of inspiring Napa Valley wines enjoyed by discerning wine consumers across the U.S. and abroad.
