Pali Wine Co. Pinot Dinner
Entrepreneurs Tim Perr and Scott Knight founded Pali Wine Company in 2005. They are dedicated to producing small lots of artisan Pinot Noir as well as a few vineyard-designated wines. The state-of-the-art winery is located in the town of Lompoc. The name “Pali” derives from the founders’ hometown, Pacific Palisades, which is on the coast just west of Los Angeles. Today, Pali Wine Co. produces a Cuvee series of wines defined by their appellation of origin and named for different neighborhoods in the Pacific Palisades.
The team at Mr. B’s – A Bartolotta Steakhouse in Mequon is excited to host their first wine dinner of 2021 featuring wines from Pali Wine Co. Executive Chef Amber Dorszynski has created a five-course menu to pair with these unique California wines.
