Discover the timeless elegance of Louis Jadot, a Burgundy négociant and domaine founded in 1859 whose wines have long been considered among the finest expressions of French winemaking. From the storied slopes of the Côte de Nuits to the celebrated vineyards of the Côte de Beaune, Louis Jadot has spent more than 165 years mastering the art of translating Burgundy's singular terroir into wines of extraordinary depth and refinement. Their Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays stand as benchmarks of the region, wines that capture both the power and the delicate complexity that make Burgundy the most revered wine country in the world.

The evening will feature a carefully crafted five-course dinner by Executive Chef Amber Schmitz, who has designed a memorable menu celebrating seasonal ingredients and refined flavors. Each dish has been created to shine on its own, while the accompanying Louis Jadot wines offer breathtaking pairings thoughtfully curated by General Manager and Sommelier Chris Cavanaugh. Together, they've created a landmark evening, one befitting Mr. B's first foray into the world of Burgundy, all about exceptional food, world-class wine, and the kind of dining experience that becomes a story worth telling.
