Bordeaux-Napa-Cognac Tesseron Winemaker Dinner

Enjoy a memorable evening with Noe Tesseron, owner of Bordeaux’s legendary Château Pontet-Canet, Tesseron Cognac, and Pym-Rae Tesserone Estate in Napa.
With a rich history of winegrowing, the Tesseron family has received great attention in the press for outscoring the great first-growths over the past decade at Château Pontet-Canet. Theirs is the first classified-growth estate to be certified 100% organic and his use of plow horses in the vineyard and amphorae in the cellar have started an international revolution in winemaking.
In January 2016, the Tesseron family acquired Villa Corriso in Napa. The vineyard was planted more than 25 years ago and was named by the late proprietor, Robin Williams, "PYM-RAE": made-up of two words by combining both middle names of his first two children. Building upon and adapting their organic and biodynamic viticulture at Château Pontet-Canet to the local conditions, the Tesseron family is releasing the inaugural vintage of Pym-Rae Cabernet Sauvignon.
Make plans to enjoy a five-course dinner created by Corporate Executive Chef Adam Siegel with carefully matched pairings of the stunning Bordeaux Château Pontet-Canet and the inaugural vintage of Pym-Rae. We will end the dinner with Tesseron Cognac paired with dessert prepared by Pastry Chef Courtney Allison.
