Château Cantemerle Bordeaux Wine Dinner

Please join the team at Bartolotta’s Lake Park Bistro for a truly memorable dining experience - a dinner featuring wines from Château Cantemerle. This historic winery has a long pedigree in wine production, which can be traced back to 1147. Their unique soil and microclimate are reflected in the wine's personality. Château Cantemerle wine quality rose above that of other wineries in the Bordeaux Wine Official Classification of 1855, which led them to become one of the five famous wineries honored in the Haut-Médoc region. Their great wine has a brilliant color, a powerful bouquet and a soft, lively flavor with refined fruitiness.

Join us as we welcome Philippe Dambrine, Managing Director of Château Cantemerle, for a five-course menu created by Chef du Cuisine John Raymond that will showcase the rich history of this iconic estate.
