Basque Dinner

Neither French nor Spanish, the homeland of the Basque people is located on the Bay of Biscay in southern France and northern Spain. Distinctly different, the Basque culture celebrates unique language, art, music, and cuisine.

Join the team at Bartolotta’s Lake Park Bistro as we celebrate the Basque culture at this unique dining event. Our General Manger, Didier, is proudly Basque and has wanted to host this dinner for several years.

One highlight of the evening will be a cornerstone of Basque cuisine -- Espelette Peppers. Working with a local farmer to grow a crop of these special and unique peppers, Chef de Cuisine John Raymond has worked closely with Didier to develop a menu featuring Basque dishes he enjoyed throughout his childhood.

Make plans to join us as we celebrate all things Basque and take a walk down memory lane with Didier.
