New Orleans, with its French, Spanish and Southern influences, is the quintessential melting pot of recipes and rhythms, and cultures. From gumbo to Oysters Rockefeller, Louis Armstrong to Alex Chilton, this colorful city has left an indelible mark on music and cuisine.

Join Kyle Cherek, host of Wisconsin Foodie, and Steve Palec, host of WKLH’s Rock & Roll Roots, as they share true musical tales from the Big Easy paired with four courses of its delectable cuisine.
