Bacchus is excited to welcome Michael Solway and Silver Oak Cellars for an exceptional dining experience featuring five of their legendary wines on Thursday, November 3.

Silver Oak Cellars began over a handshake between two friends with a bold vision: focus on one varietal, Cabernet Sauvignon, aged exclusively in American oak and worthy of cellaring for decades to come. Continuous improvement, the notion that the best wines are still yet to be made, has always been the driving force at Silver Oak Cellars, and has carried over to Twomey Wines, part of the Silver Oak family. At Twomey, they combine this philosophy, experience, and a sense of curiosity to craft Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Sauvignon Blanc from outstanding vineyards and growing regions from California to Oregon. Always keeping in mind it’s about your enjoyment of the wine.

Michael Solway, Midwestern Regional Manager for both wineries, will be present for this dinner to talk about Silver Oak wines and the history of both Twomey and Silver Oak. Bacchus Executive Chef Nicholas Wirth has crafted a menu to accentuate and highlight the very best of each wine chosen for the dinner.
