Meet Orey Laev from Ray's Wine & Spirits!

We're all big fans of Ray's Wine at Bartolotta's, and we're excited to team up with Orey Laev of Ray's for a wine pairing dinner at Bacchus on Friday, July 22.

Orey oversees Ray's popular email blasts which showcase wine specials and promotions as well as new releases and hard-to-find bottles. One question he gets often is how to pair specific wines with food, so for this special dinner at Bacchus, Orey will select some of his favorite wines and talk about how they match up with food. Chef Nick Wirth has created a delicious menu to pair with the chosen wines.
