Laissez les bons temps rouler at this fun and festive four-course dinner created by Joey Gerard’s - Mequon Sous Chef Erik Mahr on Fat Tuesday, February 28.

Mardi Gras, or Fat Tuesday, celebrates the consumption of richer foods before the Christian Lenten season of fasting. New Orleans has become synonymous in the United States for its Mardi Gras celebrations with second line parades filled with floats, costumed revelers or Krewes, and of course, beads!

Erik has 20 years of experience cooking New Orleans-style food. He worked at Emeril Lagasse’s famed NOLA and at Emeril's. He also spent five years as Chef of Louisiana Bistro before he became co-owner.

Each course will be paired with a classic New Orleans libation. You'll want to be part of this fun and festive event!
