Join us on Wednesday, March 16 for a very special dinner featuring the wines of Franciscan Estates located in Oakville, California, the heart of Napa Valley. Winemaker Marla Carroll will be present to discuss the different wines that will be paired with a menu from Executive Chef Dane Baldwin. 

Marla Carroll is a native of California and has a love for the outdoors and science. It was this passion that led her to winemaking. After receiving a degree in Biotechnology from the University of California at Davis, she worked at the historic Charles Krug winery in Napa Valley where she deepened her knowledge of the winemaking process. In 2005, she joined Franciscan Estate and works closely with the owner, Janet Myers to create a variety of delicious wines.
