We're all big fans of Ray’s Wine at Bartolotta's and we're excited to team up once again with Orey Laev of Ray's Wine & Spirits for a Bubbly Bonanza featuring sparkling wine at Bacchus on Friday, February 10.

Orey oversees Ray's popular email blasts which showcase wine specials and promotions as well as new releases and hard-to-find bottles. We’ve had Orey join us before to talk about pairing wines with foods, but for this special dinner at Bacchus, Orey will select some of his favorite sparkling wines and talk about how they match up with food. 

Executive Chef Nick Wirth has created a delicious menu to pair with the chosen wines.
