Cheers to Five Years: Mobcraft Beer Dinner
The team at Downtown Kitchen is celebrating - Cheers to Five Years! It's been five years since this urban food hall opened in the U.S. Bank Center, and to celebrate, our team is very excited to announce the partnership with Mobcraft Brewery for a celebratory interactive dinner on Thursday, September 19.
In 2011, MobCraft founders Henry Schwartz and Andrew Gierczak dreamt up an idea for a crowdsourced brewery where the people decide what’s brewed. Each month they leverage the power of the crowd to generate ideas for unique craft beers. Beer fans across the country submit ideas ranging from a couple of flavors to tried and true homebrew recipes. These ideas go up for vote each month on their website, mobcraftbeer.com. Votes are cast by placing a pre-order for the beer you would like to see brewed. The beer with the most pre-orders wins and is brewed, packaged and available for pickup at the brewery.
