Grgich Hills Wine Dinner

Join us for an unforgettable evening of fine wine, exceptional cuisine, and storied legacy as The Commodore – A Bartolotta Restaurant proudly presents its inaugural wine dinner, featuring the iconic Grgich Hills Estate of Napa Valley.

Nestled in the heart of Rutherford, Grgich Hills Estate has stood as a beacon of excellence in winemaking for nearly five decades. The winery rose to international acclaim in 1976 when Miljenko "Mike" Grgich crafted the historic 1973 Chateau Montelena Chardonnay, which was crowned the finest white wine in the world at the now-mythic "Judgment of Paris." Since founding Grgich Hills Estate with Austin Hills in 1977, Mike's legacy has lived on through a steadfast commitment to organic and sustainable farming, paired with the meticulous crafting of world-class wines that embody balance, elegance, and integrity.

This exclusive chef-curated four-course dinner created by Executive Chef Jesse Kloskey will be paired with a selection of Grgich Hills' most celebrated wines, including their acclaimed Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Zinfandel. Throughout the evening, Maja Jeramaz, Lead Sales Associate for Grgich Hills Estate, will share pairing notes and stories behind each wine, enhancing your appreciation of the harmony between our cuisine and the wine's distinct terroir and craftsmanship.

Reserve your seat for an evening that promises to be as refined and memorable as the wines themselves.
