Celebrating 50 Years of Caymus
Join us to celebrate 50 years of Caymus with an unforgettable evening honoring one of Napa Valley’s most iconic wineries. This exclusive dinner marks the final opportunity to taste the 50th Anniversary Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon, paired side by side with The Nurseryman, the Wagner family’s newest Napa Valley Cabernet.
Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated four-course menu prepared by Executive Chef Scott Garthwaite. The five wine pairings will begin with a welcome pour of Emmolo Sparkling, followed by Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc and The Walking Fool. The centerpiece of the evening features a side-by-side pairing of the Caymus 50th Anniversary Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and Emmolo Nurseryman Cabernet Sauvignon, concluding with a rare tasting of Special Selection library vintages, including the highly coveted 2009.
We are thrilled to welcome Kristen Ellis as our special guest for the evening from Caymus Vineyards. Her wine career began in Rome and spans the U.S., Europe, and New Zealand. She currently serves as Caymus Vineyards’ Great Lakes Region Manager and is a WSET-certified wine educator with a Diploma in Wines.
Adding to the excitement, our special guest from Caymus Vineyards will share insights throughout the evening, raffle off select bottles, and pour magnum bottles from her personal collection—making this a truly once-in-a-lifetime celebration for Caymus enthusiasts and wine lovers alike.
