Executive Chef Nick Wirth has created a five-course menu to pair perfectly with the five Paul Hobbs wines selected by Sommelier and Wine Director Joseph Kane. Forbes Magazine published an article in 2013 referring to Paul Hobbs as the "Steve Jobs of the wine world." Regarded as an international visionary for his accomplishments in the vineyard and winery, Paul Hobbs combines his childhood roots on the family farm with an innovative scientific approach to refine the art of winemaking. He is recognized across the globe for breaking with tradition and forging new paths in the pursuit of excellence; both in the stewardship of the land, and the crafting of wines that represent the purist concept of place.

In addition to the exceptional wines that will be featured, guests will have the option to upgrade their dining experience with a glass pour of 2013 Paul Hobbs Beckstoffer To Kalon Cabernet Sauvignon during the fourth course. To Kalon produces critically acclaimed and the most highly sought after grapes in Napa Valley. Both Robert Parker and James Suckling awarded this wine a perfect score of 100.
