Food & Wine of Spain Dinner

They say, “variety is the spice of life!” The fact Spain´s history has been influenced by a myriad of cultures and that the country´s geography provides many different ingredients has contributed to a very rich and varied gastronomic world. Spanish tapas may be the first thing that may come to mind when thinking about Spain and food. However, there is much more than tapas to Spanish gastronomy.

Executive Chef Nick Wirth wants to take you on a culinary journey through Spain with a five-course menu that highlights some of his favorite Spanish dishes. Wine Director Joseph Kane is equally as excited to tap into the vast wine list at Bacchus and highlight four exquisite Spanish wines and one exceptional sherry.

In addition to enjoying an exceptional dining event, guests will have the opportunity to purchase additional pairings for the Cordero Estofado course. These add-ons will give the guest the chance to see just how magnificently Riojas can age with the addition of 2005 Lopez de Heredia Tondonia for $20 and 1995 Lopez de Heredia Tondonia Gran Reserva for $40.
