The team at Bacchus - A Bartolotta Restaurant is excited to host a truly exceptional event, celebrating Madison-based bourbon distiller J. Henry & Sons on Wednesday, January 31. 

Here's the proof: Pairings to include neat pours and cocktails using hand-crafted Wisconsin-based J. Henry Small Batch, J. Henry Patton Road Reserve Cask Strength, J. Henry Four Grain Rye, J. Henry Limited Edition 2023 Anniversary Blend, and J. Henry La Flamme Armagnac Finished bourbons with many other specialty bourbons available to order during the night!

We will be joined by Joe Henry, recent receipt of the rare American title of 'master blender.' He will spend the evening sharing his family's story and the pairings that will accompany the five-course menu created by Chef de Cuisine Brent Davis.
