When will I see my 200 points for joining the Bartolotta Preferred Card Guest Loyalty program?
The 200 bonus points are added to your Preferred Card account the first time it is swiped through a Bartolotta terminal. If you sign up for a Preferred Card after your check is closed, the 200 points will be added to your account once the card is physically swiped.
What if I forget to present my Preferred Card and want to earn credit for the transaction?
You can mail or fax a copy of your receipt along with the card holder's first name, last name, address, city, state and zip code to our corporate office.

Why is Harbor House different?
Because of our unique partnership structures, we are unable to offer some of the same benefits as we do at the restaurants we own individually. You may earn points at Harbor House, but not redeem any reward certificates.
Can I earn Preferred Card Points for a private party at a Bartolotta restaurant?
Absolutely, but you must be an active Bartolotta's Preferred Card member before you sign the contract. It's a great way to build up points fast. You will receive points for the food and beverage total only. You can earn a maximum of 5000 points on any one party.
How do I redeem my points?
Points are automatically redeemed at the end of each quarter. Your reward certificates are mailed to you in a packet that contains your quarterly statement and our newsletter.
Where can I earn Preferred Card points?
Preferred Card points are rewarded at all Bartolotta Restaurants. Please note: Guest loyalty points can only be earned at Harbor House. You may not redeem rewards there.
What happens to my points at the end of the calendar year?
All of your points rollover from year to year and from quarter to quarter.
Can I earn Preferred Card points when someone else at my table pays the bill?
Sorry, Preferred Card points are earned only when the card holder pays the bill.
Can two members from the same household share one Preferred Card account?
Yes, but only one card is issued.
Can I check my points online?
Yes, you will need your member number and last name. Please visit our Loyalty Program Log-In Page to log in.
