We appreciate your business and want to thank you for choosing us.  For every 20 paid tour members per booking that dine with us, will we give you a $10 gift certificate to be used at your discretion.  The gift certificates are valid at any of our fine dining restaurants. 

 4.  GROUP GUIDELINES

Groups must constitute at least 15 people, unless otherwise noted.  All Educational Seminars carry a minimum of 20 people, unless otherwise noted.  In some cases, they may be available for less than 20, please inquire.  Menus are subject to change.

Lunch menus begin at $19.95, inclusive.  This includes one first course, one second course, and non-alcoholic beverages per person, tax and gratuity.  Three courses are available for $23.95, inclusive.  Lunch menus are available Monday through Friday, between the hours of 11:00am and 2:00pm.

The tour operator should select one first course, two second courses and, where applicable, one dessert course.  Your members may select their entrée.  Final entrée counts are due one week prior to the reservation.  Tour operators need to provide place cards or nametags indicating each tour member's entrée selection. 

Dinner menus are available, please inquire. 

5.  COMPS

For every 20 paid tour members, we will offer two comps; one for the driver and one for the tour leader.

6.  CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations are required and must be guaranteed with a credit card.  Cancellations are permitted up to 72 hours in advance.  Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will be charged $19.95 per confirmed person.

Join us for a discussion on all those confusing things about beef.  We will explore the differences between Angus, Black Angus, Choice, etc., along with why those distinctions are important and how they affect the cost of meat.  We will highlight different cuts of meat, how to best cook them, and suggestions for wines, sauces and side dishes.  This discussion will be followed by a tour of the kitchen and a demonstration of our wood-burning oven.  This educational event will conclude in a three-course lunch.

Join us for a cooking demonstration, covering the basics of kitchen science.  We will give you tips on how to choose the best produce, the freshest and best meat and seafood, kitchen basics, such as knives and knife maintenance, sanitation, etc.  This will be an interactive demonstration, where audience participation is encouraged.  This experience includes recipes and a menu from the meal.  Following the demonstration, you will be treated to the three courses which were just prepared by the chef.

Brunch and The Nutcracker, A Holiday Celebration

Join us in December for a special holiday celebration with your family.  You will be greeted by performers in costume, with face painting for the little ones.  You can visit the Ballet Boutique and take advantage of the opportunity to have your photograph taken with the characters or just your family.  Bacchus will prepare a special three-course lunch.  Lunch will be followed by a fabulous presentation of The Nutcracker, presented by the Milwaukee Ballet. 

Group Cost is $25 for adults and $15 for children under 12.  This does include non-alcoholic beverages and all tax and gratuity. There are additional charges for face painting and the Ballet Boutique. 

Ballet tickets range from $12 to $47, which represents a 20% discount off of the regular ticket price.
